PAULA D. CLARK, of counsel to the law firm, is an experienced education law attorney and former Labor and Employment Counsel and Human Resources Director at a large New Jersey school district. Ms. Clark holds a B.A. from Fairfield University, an M.B.A. from Fordham University, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Clark is a frequent presenter for the New Jersey Principals’ and Supervisors’ Association on human resources and all aspects of education law. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Clark worked in banking at a major New York City financial institution.
